The MetLife Preferred Dental Plan (PDP) Plus network provides access to a nationwide network of dentists. The plan features in and out-of-network benefits. If you visit an in-network dentist you will optimize your coverage as out-of-network benefits are covered at a lower percentage.

  • Annual maximum benefit of $1,000 per-person
  • Preventive and Diagnostic services covered at 100%
  • Ability to visit any dentist nationwide, however you will receive a greater benefit by visiting an in-network provider
  • Out of Network benefits are subject to the Reasonable and Customary charges
  • MetLife Provider Search – select “PDP Plus” next to “Choose your network”
  • 6-month Plan Summary ($500 max benefit)
  • 12-month Plan Summary ($1,000 max benefit)
