FiND A Provider

How to find a participating MetLife Dental provider:

1. Click here for the MetLife provider search.
2. Choose “Find a Dentist”
3. Next to “Choose your Network” choose PPD Plus.
4. Enter your Zip Code and click “Find a Dentist”.

Pro Tip:  The PPD network allows you to use any dentist you wish, but you will receive the greatest benefit by using a dentist who participates in the PPO network.
